Free Shipping (via EMS):
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50

International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
- Furniture: Must show no signs of assembly or use
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby bedding sets that have been removed from packaging
- Baby towels & washcloths with removed tags
- Bath & potty items (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized decor items
