While we hope you’ll love every purchase, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are needed. Our policy is designed with the same care and attention we give to our products.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must remain attached
- Furniture pieces must show no signs of assembly or use
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby bedding sets that have been removed from packaging
- Baby towels & washcloths with removed tags
- Bath & potty items for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized decor items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return mailing label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Affix the return label clearly
- For exchanges, indicate your preferred replacement item
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund without requiring return
Special Note for Furniture Returns
Due to the size of kids’ beds, bedroom furniture, and home office pieces:
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs
- Original packaging must be intact
- Assembly must not have been attempted
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please allow extra time for international returns processing
